• Wholesale customers, trays of petits fours & macarons are delivered frozen 
• We guarantee the frozen chain using temperature controlled vehicle, blue box and dry ice
• Our boxes are taylor made & amply sized and your items are well-protected
• After received frozen products place the boxes in your freezer
• You can keep up to 1 year the products in your freezer
